President – Mr Brendan Curran
The President has overall responsibility for the running of the Society and ensuring its long term development. The President chairs council and the Thursday evening debates, and represents the Society to college and the media. The President is also
charged with overseeing the awarding of the
Society's Honorary Patronage.

Secretary – Mr Declan Meehan
The Secretary is responsible for the Society's correspondence and the organisation of the Society's Thursday evening debates and paper readings. The Secretary also attends to guests during their visits to the Society.

Treasurer – Ms Sinead Waldron
The Treasurer manages the Society's finances and is responsible for all fundraising and sponsorship activities as well as being the Society’s representative with CSC. The Treasurer also manages the day-to-day upkeep of the society's snooker rooms and the time keeping of Thursday evening debates.

Registrar – Mr David Barrett
The Registrar is responsible for the records of the Society, such as the minutes of all meetings, which are publically read on Thursday evenings. The Registrar also maintains relationships with Honorary Members, writing a regular newsletter for them to keep abreast of society events, and organises the annual Honorary Members' dinner.

Debate Convenor – Ms Ciara Finlay
The Debates Convenor is responsible for all matters related to competitive debating in the Society. This includes speaker development, the organisation of debating workshops, the administration of internal competitions (along with other members of council) and representation of the Society at external competitions. In addition, the Debates Convenor is
Co-Convenor of the Trinity IV.

Librarian – Ms Dominque English
The Librarian manages the Publicity and communications of the society. This includes all of the society’s publications (such as the annual Philander Magazine), the creation of all visuals, management of the society's website and the distribution of weekly emails. The Librarian is also responsible for the protection of the Societies historical artefacts, archives and library, and supervises question time during Thursday evening debates.

Steward – Ms Caitlin Sherry
The Steward is responsible for the social aspect of the Society, from the weekly Thursday evening receptions and entertainments, to Freshers’ Week. The Steward is also responsible for the upkeep of The GMB and the distribution of all room keys and the booking of all rooms within the building.

School Convenor – Mr Andrew Linn
The Schools' Convenor runs the Society’s national secondary school debating competition, ‘Phil Speaks’ and is responsible for liaising with the Trinity Access Programme. The Convenor runs debating workshops and competitive rounds for secondary students across Ireland and is responsible for compiling and distributing the Phil Speaks 'public speaking & debating manual' to assists the students in the competition.

Vice-President – Ms Anna Cosgrave
The Vice-President is responsible for encouraging the inclusion of first years in the Society’s activities. To this end, the Vice-President runs the Society’s first year committee, ‘The SLR’ and convenes the Society’s novice debating competition, ‘The Maidens.’ The Vice-President also represents the President in his or her absence.
