The Udoma was created as a space for BIPOC/ Ethnic minorities to be represented in the spheres of public speaking, debating and discourse. Named for Egbert Udo Udoma, former Chief Justice of Uganda who served as Phil president from 1942-43, and founded in 2022, they aim to focus on the student perspective, highlighting the experiences and struggles of BIPOC/ Ethnic minorities through their events.

The Udoma is proud to hold events such as their Annual Speech Competition, which sees any ethnic minority/POC student who is has something to say on race, discrimination, diversity, activism, intersectionality, justice or cultural matters invited to speak, alongside debate training and public speaking workshops and debates. They have also collaborated with other societies to host Diversity and Equality Mock Trial, and have welcomed guests, known as Honorary Patrons, to speak to members, such as author Emma Dabiri and activist Tarana Burke.
